Reservation Policy

If you would like to make a reservation you can contact us directly by phone at 1-877-STAYBELL / 877-782-9235 or 207-288-5726 from 8AM to 9PM, EST.  You may also make your reservation online through our website.

We will need your full name, address, phone number and a valid credit card to book your room. A $25 deposit will be charged to your card at the time of the reservation. Please see our cancellation policy (below) regarding the $25 deposit.

Cancellation Policy – If your cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a $25 processing fee (equivalent to the $25 deposit) that was required to reserve the room. We are a small establishment, so if you cancel within 7 days prior and we are unable to sell the room, you will be charged for the first night of your reservation.  (Motel units require 7 day notice to receive a refund. Group reservations of 3 or more rooms require a 14 day notice to cancel. Notice of cancellation will be timed to 3:00 PM EST the date of arrival.)

Holiday Weekends
Holiday Weekends, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day all standard and economy motel rooms have a 2 day minimum stay requirement. If we have availability between longer term reservations we will accept reservations for less than 2 days.

Deposit
We require that all bookings are to be paid in full after the expiration of the free cancellation period.

Room Capacity Policy
Rooms with 1 bed are limited to 2 occupants including children.
Rooms with 2 beds are limited to 4 occupants including children.

Child Policy
Children 12 and under are free in room with one paying adult in Existing Bedding.

Early Departures
There are NO Refunds available for early departures.
